Price matters, but it is rarely the only thing that makes a provider the right fit. A few well-chosen questions tell you almost everything.
Hazardous waste is a responsibility you share with whoever you hire. The right partner makes the process feel simple and leaves you confident long after the job is done.
We would rather you ask us these questions than not ask them at all. Here is what to ask, and we are happy to answer every one on the phone.
What we walk through together.
- Will I be working with one person, or passed between departments?
- Who is actually responsible for each step of the project?
- What exactly is included in the price, and what is not?
- How do you handle surprises in the middle of a job?
- What will I have in my hands when the work is finished?
- How do you decide which option to recommend?
Who this helps.
- Anyone comparing providers or quotes
- Businesses that want a second opinion before they sign
- Facilities switching from their current provider
