Los Angeles County
Home to some of the densest industrial corridors in the state, from Vernon, Commerce, and Santa Fe Springs to the South Bay and the San Gabriel Valley. Manufacturing, metal finishing, food production, and logistics are all common here, along with older buildings that change hands often.
Orange County
A mix of advanced manufacturing, medical device, electronics, and research operations, alongside long-established industrial areas in Anaheim, Fullerton, and Santa Ana. Lab cleanouts and equipment upgrades come up often.
Inland Empire
One of the largest warehouse and distribution regions in the country, with manufacturing and fabrication throughout Ontario, Fontana, Riverside, and San Bernardino. Warehouse turnovers and mixed-material projects are typical.
